I have been to this place twice before to get a bob cut never had a problem. It’s been 3 years since I’ve wanted to get a bob cut again and decided to go back. The guy I think his name is Tom that cut my hair today did not take the time to look at the cut that I wanted. I showed him pictures. He just started chopping off my hair thinned it out so much my hair was thick and now I feel like I don’t have any hair left and the haircut is not what I was asking for. It’s all uneven and choppy in the back! I will not be returning to this place. Very disappointed as it used to be a good place. I don’t recommend it. I wish I would’ve seen the reviews on how they operate before I decided to come back to this place. Now is so short I can’t even go anywhere else to fix his mistake!

I booked a perm with Samantha and asked for a perm with a middle part. I showed her multiple photos with the exact type of perm I was expecting. As you can see from the photos below, the product was the service was dissatisfactory. I tried to reach a resolution with Samantha, but she refused to provide me a refund. All she stated was I needed to style my hair better. Took no fault of her own.

Beyond amazing service! I had virgin brunette hair past my shoulders and I needed a confidence boost. Tom took me in and just transformed me! Platinum ombré and omg it just perfect! It’s scary to do something so drastic to your hair - but when it is in the hands of professionals like this - all you have to worry about is posing right for the picture! Thank you guys so much!!!

I came to Tiffany’s hair salon after reading the reviews, and I am so glad I did. I presented with very thick and dark hair/roots with a brassy orange balayage I recently had done. I wanted a total color correction and change. I am a novice when it comes to hair coloring so I couldn’t quite describe what I wanted, I just had an inspiration picture. Tom and Tiffany did an amazing job on my hair and were so patient and honest, and the results looked exactly like the picture I showed. They are very skilled in what they do and everyone at the salon is genuinely kind. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this salon.

Tiffany’s Salon is a gem in Houston. The work, attention, and care that you recieve there is unbeatable! I called in last minute and they were able to get an appointment for me the same day. I asked for Tiffany, who personally texted me from her cell about what I wanted to do that day. I shared photos of what I was looking for (balayage/ombré) and she sat me down and thoroughly bleached, processed and shampooed my hair afterwards. She noticed a spot wasn’t as blended (it washed off while processing, no one’s fault) and even went back in with bleach again to make sure it looked perfect. Tiffany is fun, detail oriented, and even gave me tons of recommendations of resturants around since I’m not from the area. My mother even got her hair cut after seeing how fast and personal they were about getting it done right. Thanks Samantha! 😘 My hair feels healthy and the color is exactly what I wanted. Compared to alot of other salons, the pricing was affordable for the love and care you get from Tiffany’s Salon! The base price is ~$165 for bayalage, depending on your hair. Thanks for making me feel alive again! I’ll definitely be coming back. 💛
